NRL Rugby - Newcastle Knights v Rabbitohs

Sunday begins with the Knights back at home and with their Captain Danny Buderus also playing up against the Bunnies who are now without Luke who has been a big part of their games in recent times.

The Knights are still a chance of making the 8 but the loss last week to the Sharks has been a big blow as they have to win more thanthey lose from here on out and that for the Knights is not as easy as it might sound,the Knights are either winning or losing there is no in between for them,they get Buderus and Simpson back this week which shoukd drive them forward and should see them win,but even though the Bunnies were thrashed last week the Knights don't play like the Tigers and I do think that this game could be close.

Souths winning run was brought to an end last week and now they are missing one of their best for this Clash,really both teams hopes of making the 8 hinge on this game,both sides need to win it so hopefully that will bring a real sense of "Now or Never" from both sides,Souths may have lost and might be missing Luke but they still have enuugh talent to score points and stay in this game,the Bunnies can score points even without Liuuke and if the Knights don't show up it could turn into a boilover,but I suspect the loss of Luke will be a bit tomuch for the Bunnies and that the Knights will get up in a close one.

Recent results and the Knights have won 3 of the last 5 against the Bunnies and at homethe Knights have won 13 of 15 played there,the Knights have won 4 of their last 5 at home against the Bunnies but the last 3 have been close and have been decided by 3,1 and 6.

I have to tip the Knights here,they have been in all their matches this season and ether just win or lose,I think they can get by the Bunnies this weekend but I am not expecting a blowout at all,the Bunnies can score and can stay in their games and the Knights doi allow teams to stay ingames against them,all in all though the Knights should be to good and for that reason I'll look for Wing and Asotasi to keep it close but for Buderus and Gidley to pull out that one play that wins the game...Good Luck.
