This bet is that Carlos Sastre will finish the Tour in the fourth position or worst.

Very likely, almost sure. Sastre has four guys to fight with him: Schleck (team-mate), Menchov, Evans and Kohl. Two of this cyclists must crash (physically) tomorrow in order to Sastre reach the podium.

Sastre is a very experienced cyclist (hard to quit the race) but lacks in time-trial. It's impossible to him win time against Menchov or Evans in the time-trial, he will lost 2 or 3 minutes. He can win time against Kohl or Schleck in the time-trial, but never more than one minute. Schleck will probably reach the time-trial in the yellow jersery, so the last to depart.

Sastre has a long way to go. He must win three or four minutes tomorrow against Evans, Menchov and one or two against his own team-mate, and yellow jersey, and Kohl, who is in red hot form.

Very very hard. This bet hardly will be lost, only if Sastre goes off in a ravine.
