Tour De France - Schleck v Evans

D Day in the Tour de France. Arrive in the Alpe de Huez, in the last big mountain stage. The mountain is mythical, the Mother of All Climbs, the Queen Stage. Huez has 21 curves, each one with stories of attacks, Tours that are won and lost. About 15 km around 7 and 8% which, always, is decisive and creates enormous gaps. This Tour De France has all the cyclists very close and since this is the last mountain stage before the time-trial, the attacks must happen. The Croix de Fer, another special category climb, can brake some legs.

Schleck is the yellow jersey. Already won here in 2006 (A breakaway still) he has showing to be the best climber. CSC is an extraordinary machine and is putting this men the best possible: Andy and Voigt are incredible domestiques.

Evans is the man to be shot down. Everyone wants to attack him, win time against him. He is the best time-trialist of the Tour, and Schleck needs to be one or two minutes ahead of him if he wants to win this Tour.

Tomorrow CSC must attack, Schleck must attack. Behind Evans is not an option. And Evans will not attack, so only if Schlecks crashes he lose this one.
