This is the match where the home crowd favorite will finally have to make everybody sad and end his great run. Andy Murray has achieved his best result on Wimbledon already and it's been just a couple of days since he's done it but I'm pretty sure he's also very aware of the fact he won't stand a chance today against Nadal. He is the type of player that is not really able to follow up on his great shape and play flawless continuously and I believe Rafa will be the perfect opponent to snap his winning streak. H2H against the Spaniard is very negative (0-3) with all three matches played in the past year and a half so Murray's confidence should also not be too high entering this clash.
Rafael Nadal is IMO preparing for the impossible at this Wimbledon - to over throne the Wimblie King and I believe he has realistic chances of doing so. On that way, I believe he will give his best to show clay isn't the only surface he can play amazingly and we've already seen him play convincing in his last matches versus solid Kiefer and dangerous Youzhny who he both blew away in three straight sets. I predict the same for Murray but I won't place a bet on Nadal's straight-set win just due to the fact that Murray might surprise in the first set TB and pull off a set, but even if that happens Rafa might get just more mad and humiliate Andy in the remainder of the match.
My objective opinion is that Murray doesn't have the game that can hurt Nadal. He could win against weak defender Gasquet, whose only goal during the whole match was to return the ball over the net, and he barely managed to do that. Nadal will not only return every ball but he will also turn every single one of his defensive moves into a strong offensive play against the weak Murray's strokes and that kind of situation should most likely result in a convincing win of the Spaniard.
