As Lineker said football is a simple game and Germans always win. Of course this verdict has some scientifical facts in the back round. Germany for years play a simple game with great discipline. They show same willingness against either Brazil or San Marino and whatever the score they are always careful. We watched their this general character throughout the tournament.
Spain showed great football until the final and they are the only team won their all matches. Only Brazil in 2002 recently won their all matches in a tournament. Their performance against Russia was their peak in the tournament.
German team's biggest handicap is that they are lacking technically talented players. Despite the high level team football they have limited individual stars. Only Ballack has such a potential.
Spaniards biggest handicap is their height. They are the shortest team of the tournament where their average height is below 180 cm. Italy played them with an alone forward Toni who won almost every header against them. Russia did the same but Pavliuchanko didn't get the balls he expected from Russian midfielders. Löw is a clever coach and i think he is aware of this fact. They are may be the worst team on dead balls.
Germans biggest advantage will be dead balls. Ballack is doubtful but even Schweinsteiger can cause problems. Germans stamina looked in high level against Turkiye in semi finals. Their years of experience is another advantage for them.
Spain has technically skilled, hard working and pacey players. They can put great pressure on their opponents. Except the high balls their defense is well organized and they don't give gaps. Under the leadership of Puyol, they built a great wall in front of the attackers of their opponents.
Frings will be out for Germans. Rolfes also an injury from his head after Turkiye game. Ballack has injury but i think he won't miss the final. Löw again will play with 4-5-1 formation. . Their probably line up;
Spain will certainly be without David Villa. Instead of putting Guiza near Torres, Aragones will play with rather defensive line up of 4-5-1. Their probably line up will be;
Spain can have enough quality for winning this game. But i think experience is vital in such game and Germany won't loose here easily. My vote will go to Germans.
Good Luck.
