The Tigers lost last week but they only have themselve to blame, the Warriors also lost last week and like the Tigers only have themselves to blame, this game I think is far more even than the odds might suggest.
The Tigers are still very short on forward power and have really been playing a good brand of footy but are just not getting the results, the Tigers have now lost 2 straight and 3 of their last 5,they have a good side and if they play to their strengths they should win this game easily, but they have really not shown much in recent weeks and although they are still playing well despite their lack of size a game against the Warriors is'nt exactly something they will be looking forward to,last week the Tigers looked great and then fell away and if they do that again this week they could find themselvfes in a hole.
The Warriors really threw that game away last week and this week are missing Vatuvei,Price and Tate, but the signs are still very good for the Warriors, their last two games have been by far their best defensive efforts this season, last week they lost by 6 in a game where not for their own silly errors they could of won,the week before they were right in that game against the Sharks but made silly erors yet again and pretty much offered that game to the Sharks and they took it,the Warriors are not winning and although the cluds are getting darker and darker above them they have at least displayed a far better attitude towards defence and they will need that today also, they might be missing players but size wise they have the Tigers and teams have shown over the last 3 weeks that if you can use that to your advantage against this Tigers side then you can beat them and the Warriors will be no different.
Recent results and the Warriors have the wood on the Tigers winning 4 of the last 6 played between these two sides including the last two played in Sydney.
The Tigers are a great side and play well above their weight but a side who can use their sideadvanyage against them have been proven to win against them and the Warriors are no different, missing players or not that loss last week for the Warriors was heartbreaking for them and i expect them to show up here today and help Reuben celebrate his 300th NRL game..Take the Warriors with this ridiculously high start...Good Luck.
