WTA - Vesnina v Llagostera

Another match where surface change matters a lot. Spanish girl Nuria Llagostera Vives is definitely not grass type of player. She is playing mostly on clay surface and that match will be her first in this season and first for three years since her last appearance on grass. Russian Vesnina convince me more for this kind of courts and she played more on this surface. As I watched her game style she look more dangerous and should better use her skills on fast green courts. In last weeks she didn't played too much. Quick out from French Open and from Hertogenbosch tours. But after starting grass season I hope Elena will stand up and easily win with Llagostera. Last year she reached third round of Wimbledon presenting very nice game and losing in third against Justine Henin. She seems to like very fast surfaces and we have to remember that grass in Hertogenbosch is quite slower than royals Wimbledon courts. Nuria probably won't be able to change her game style that will fit to grass surface and Vesnina style is already used for kind of grass play, so I think Russian will win this first round clash.
