Carnegie League - Limerick v Athlone Town

Athlone, as i already said, is the worst team in league. Their performances so far were the worst (with Kildare and Monaghan ones in close competition). They are totally unefficient, be it home or away, on other side they allow way too much easy goals. Their only win was away win to Monaghan in fourth round, since then they had ups and downs but impression about their performance is really bad. For this match they will have few suspension worries, starting from their coach Dermot Lennon who is serving one of his four games touchline ban, followed with two suspended defenders - Rossiter and Keady. Less important midfielder Ian Coffey is out due to personal reasons, while their attacker O'Dowd is out for next month or more. Another defender, Des Hope, is questionable.
Conclusion: All this missings could show as too many problems for away team who scored only seven goals so far. Limerick should be well capable of scoring against defense like Athlone's and Athlone will again struggle. Odds are worth of shot with medium stake
