Croatia in fact already qualified for the Quarter-finals. Thus leaves Poland with a theoratical chance in to qualifying. However this will be difficult. As they need to win with a better goal margin than the Germans.
Croatia will rest important players for this match. In the likes of Modric or Srna. Butt the croats are not going down IMO. Even with a B-team Croatia has enough quality to stop the Polish. Croatie is a team who has good disciplin and high motivation in team. They will probably hang tight in their own half trying to counter or score a goal from a dead situation. So expect Croatia to play defensive and controled. As they don't really have to charge the oppponents goal.
Poland must win this game, however the odds in advancing into the Quarter Finals are slim. Poland did not prove much in this tournament sofar. They had difficulties in creating chances, and they showed that they had a poor organisation. Arthur Boruc is probably the only player who can expekt offers from big-clubs. Poland might want to close the tournament with a positive result.
The polish have to win butt won't start charging all offensive to shake the opppsoite net so early. They are aware of Croatia's style of play and that a counter from the croats is very likely. I think the Croatians can atleast draw here with this B-team, butt their B team showed poor performance in their friendly's before this tournament. So I think there is value in a draw in first half.
