Euro 2008 - Portugal v To Qualify Football betting preview

As I said in my other previews Portugal should reach the quarter of final without big problems. I rewrite here below how I put in the Portugal Turkey preview:

The defensive line of Portugal didn’t seem to be the best of this tournament. I imagine that in fact Pepe; Ricardo Carvalho and Bruno Alves will build the defence structure while Ferreira and Miguel should be utilized on the lateral. At their neck should be Ricardo, a good but discontinues goalkeeper that in his club didn’t play often. The midfield is changed in the recent past due the left of the two most talented and experienced men like Costhina and Maniche and this have weaken this team. The attack line is another problem for the coach, in fact there are no one that can assure the right quantity of goals for Lusitani and for this reason Cristiano Ronaldo will be the final terminal for this team in a probable 4-2-3-1 line up.

In the quarter of final they will face with high probability Croatia. This team is a solid group and like Portugal they should join the quarter of final without big problem. Croatia have a good midfield where the experencied Kovac will lead the other good players like Modric, Rakitic and Kranjcar; the attack line although the Edoardo’s absence for injury wil present four very strong players like Petric, Klasnic , Olic and Budan. The unique part of this team that I think is not at the same level of the others is the defence where there are players with good experience (Simic, Simunic,Kovac) but all slow player.

For me Portogallo against this team can obtain the access to the semi final where should find the Germany and here I think will finish the Portuguese story.
