Cork City FC Shamrock
Cork have woken up after a quite mediocre start into the season. Despite 3 losses (the only 3 this season) in their last five games, they played well and proved that with away win over Bray Wanderers(3:0). Those three losses were against top 3 teams like St. Patricks, Bohemians and Derry and that is no big deal. Besides they played 2 out of these 3 away from home. Aside from Farrelly, who is still out injured, they have full squad available as both Sullivan and Gamble return. Shamrock, despite a positive result against the Drogs (0:0), haven`t won since the 4th round. They have many injured players and that should be a major problem against Cork.John Martin, Pat Flynn, Chris Mulhall, Robbie Creevy, Dessie Baker and Eric McGill are out injured, while Stapleton, Ferguson & O`Connor are all doubtful for tonight`s match.I expect a defensive approach from visitors, but hosts are in a good scoring form and I expect them to win this match once they score. Odds have dropped, but I find these offered on Handicap valuable and I decided to put a medium stakes on it. Something like 2:0 or 3:0 is my call! Good luck!
