West Ham Aston Villa
Aston Villa have only one thing on their mind today and that is victory. Nothing less than a victory and a convincing victory at that, will give them a glimmer of hope to try and secure the UEFA Cup spot.
With a lot of turmoil in the West Ham camp with players like Boa Morte, Ljungberg and others having their contracts bought out and with the numerous amount of injuries that they are facing, things don't look too bright. Ferdinand, Bellamy, Upson are definitely out and they are noticible absences.
On the other hand Aston Villa may regret their poor form last week against Wigan, where they lost 2-0, and could have costed them their UEFA Cup spot, but there is still hope for them today as Everton are taking on Newcastle, as Keegan will aim to secure a last victory for the season.
Villa have been great in the run in to the back end of the season with 3 wins, 1 draw and 1 loss in the last 5 games, they will be aiming to add goals scored by their hot shot striking 3 partners of Carew, Young and Agbonlahor.
This game should be a Villa win, because they need to put pressure on Everton to win against Newcastle. Still we will take a half draw, half win for safety.
