League One - Tranmere v Swindon
28 March 2008
Preview By Tipster Radu (Romania)
Swindon have a comfortable place in the middle without too much worries, even if they didn't take it just one point from their last four games.A negative trend who affected their morale and also any chance to continue the race to promotion.
At their home ground,Prenton Park, Tranmere are stronger enough to take this kind of games with positive strenght. Also against swindon they have a good history winning last three games played here. With such an equilibrate fight for their place any other income than an home win should be a clear ahead step just as their coach said.
Ronnie Moore hopes a bit of Friday night magic can propel his side back into the top six.
Monday's defeat at Bournemouth saw Rovers drop out of the Play Off places, but three points against Swindon would put them back into fifth or sixth.
The Manager told Tranmere World: "Swindon have been up and down recently but we know that on their day anybody can beat anybody at this level. If we play the way we can we're a match for anyone.
"We're out of the top six at the moment, but a win on Friday night puts us back in there. Then the pressure is on the other teams on Saturday and it's whether or not the other teams can cope with it. I honestly believe the last spot might go down to the last game of the season."
Ok..may go down to the last game but off course that they would be happy to avoid this thing. And a win tonight is more than neccesary.
