Panathinaikos Olympiakos
Asian -2.5 : +2.5
Teams are not built into 30 or 50 days like Obradovic said, and i fully agree.
Olympiakos with a new coach during this month, maybe the most experienced coach in Greece at the moment, Panagiotis Giannakis, but i don't think that only a coach is making a team super. At all levels and positions Panathinaikos is the better team, and their latest results for Euroleague and Greek League do not make me fear for this bet.
The most important factor for the game will be experience imo, something that Panathinaikos players really have at big games, don't forget than Panathinaikos had their best game this season to the same ground (SEF) against Olympiakos, where they had an easy evening.
Panathinaikos big gun is teamwork, something they proved the last 4-5 years conquering Europe, they 'ate' games like this for breakfast, while Olympiakos is still learning, and their thirst for a title will not be enough. If we are going to make a comparison between these rosters, i can't see any position where Olympiakos is better, concerning player quality, there is nothing more except Macijauskas to Olympiakos.
About team and squad news, there isn't anything special, both of the teams will field their best.
Panathinaikos to win the cup easier than expected, big stakes.
