ACB - Casademont Girona v Bilbao

Bilbao had big troubles in last games and very bad luck with injuries, if we consider than they were without Recker and Ranick in last games, we have to add than Weis won’t be able to play in Girona. There is only a good new in Bilbao because Ilic will finally play in his first match with the team. Anyway the situation is horrible for Bilbao specially considering than Weis is probably his best defender and rebounded in the paint and versus Marc Gasol he was a key play to stop him.

About Girona they didn’t change his style in this season. They maybe have better team than people think but they are so irregular especially in away games. They have talent players who very rarely show his real level and usually seem ghosts in the court. Anyway they have a very nice chance today to get a decisive win and try to make a bigger difference with the 9th position. I think handicap should be a bit bigger because Bilbao after to show 150% of his level in first 3 months they are showing now his real level and losing most of games. It s normal because even they would be surprised with that great run but each team will set in his deserved position in the next months.
