Lietuvos Rytas and Aris will meet each other for third time this season, now for the second round and the Top32 teams. The Lithuanians took both games so far winning 77-70 at home and 69-72 at Thessaloniki. Both games were derbies and Rytas took the win at the end.Especially in Greece Aris really committed suicide letting a 9points HC he had to be lost at the last two minutes of the game. The opening of the first phase was really bad for the two teams as they lost at home from Tau and Ulker respectively. This game now is crucial and i think is more important for Aris who lost from Ulker,a canditate for the 2nd place,as Tau will possibly take the first one.
I will back Aris here as i think the HC is huge. There will be no surprises during the game as the two teams know each other very well and i think it will be difficult for Rytas to crush Aris. The Greek team is very irregular this year so even if they manage to win i will not be surprised at all.For the home team Vroman replaced Matt Nielsen who got injured.I do not know Vroman so well but i think the Australian was a more solid player.
Take Aris here as i believe a 6-7 points HC would be the correct line here.
