I am really surprised by the odds offered by bet365. Cameroon’s win at 4.20?! This is HUGE. I would expect nothing more than 3. I don’t really know why these odds are so big. I know Ghana are host and this competition somehow makes a home team one of the favorites to win the trophy and I know that Cameroon have played 120 minutes yesterday but with these odds I have to back Cameroon. Ghana are playing well but I believe Cameroon to be just a little better and I think that should be the difference on Thursday. I am not too bothered by the fact that Cameroon have less than 72 hours to rest before the game. These players are used to playing every 3-4 days and this is the game that can send them to the final…So I expect a fully concentrated Cameroon side that will fight for all 90 minutes against the hosts. It should be a tight game, but having watched both teams in this tournament I believe Cameroon are worth backing here. Ghana will be without Mensah as he has been sent off in the game against Nigeria but still will field a quality team lead by Essien. On the other side Cameroon with Eto’o and Kameni in goal who’s having a very good tournament so far and can save Cameroon with some fantastic saves when they’re in trouble. So I expect a great game won by Cameroon in 90 minutes.
Good luck:)
