Manchester City Arsenal
It’s a very important game for both clubs. Manchester City still undefeated at home, where they have collected 30 out of 38 possible points this season and have still got the chance to fight for the 4th place. Arsenal will look to break this amazing run of Manchester’s 14 games without a defeat and will want to win this game to collect the very important three points in the hot title race this season. It will not be an easy task but I have to back Arsenal in this one.
Arsenal’s football is just fantastic and it should be too much for City this time. Arsenal will be without many players tomorrow: Rosicky, Djourou, Denilson, van Persie, Toure, Song and Eboue and two new missings in Almunia and Gilberto Silva. This means we will see Jens Lehmann in goal and who knows, maybe (just maybe) it is his chance to regain the place in the starting lineup. He didn’t leave Arsenal in the transfer window, so I pretty much reckon he’s gonna be fully concentrated and we will see a good performance by the German. Adebayor is absolutely on fire and his partnership with Eduardo still develops so I can see Arsenal scoring.
City haven’t played that well recently. They still haven’t lost at home in the league but haven’t won any of their last three home games. They will have Micah Richards back in the starting 11 so that’s great news for them. But overall at this stage of the season I just can’t see them stopping Arsenal, so I’m taking the away win.
Good luck:)
