Neptunas hosts Ventspils today.Before new news Ventspils made a historical win against Zalgiris.

Ventspils landed a huge surprise by overcoming Zalgiris 77:70. No Latvian team had been capable of this for the last 20 years.

Even thought Zalgiris was withhout 4 key players still its huge victory for Ventspils,they had time to celebrate it and today another story against Neptunas.

Neptunas so far is the worst team in this league,and really they are with record 1-10,on the other hand Ventspils is 4-7 and its not good enough for them.In the first game Ventspils won by 30 or even more if i good remember against Neptunas.

Neptunas team left their main center this week,they signed few new players,but they are only few days in team and cant be 100% ready.

For me today clear favorite is Ventspils and i think they will win it ,even with handicap.Neptunas team looks poor lately and Ventspils win against Zalgiris could be comeback for them.
