NHL - New York Islanders v Boston Bruins Hockey betting preview

Ok.Second meeting of the teams in two days, this time on Islanders ice.

They played good physical game last night, but were a bit too uninterested on the offense, loosing 2:1 at the end.

However,after giving up two goals, the Islanders showed that

they can create some good offense and IMO were unlucky not to get the tie.They will again base their game on goalie DiPietro, who should not be troubled too much with retaher conservative attack of the Bruins.

Boston will try to create some momentum on the last night win, but as I mentioned it was not too convincing.They will look for experienced Murray to pop a goal again,but I see only rare amount of big chances,as they lack speed and creativity - too little to surprise sharp NY defense and especially goalie.

These teams are very close when compared.Similar style,physical play and few chances.Games like these will be decided by small tactical mistakes.These mistakes could be avoided by Islanders, as they know how to be the Bruins on their ice lately - winning last 4 meeting in NY.

Close game here, not too many goals and a lot of hard work.

Im putting Islanders on 55 percent here, especially due to their last five minutes of yesterday game, where they dominated the bruins and could carry that display into today match.Islanders 3:2 with a possible OT is my prognosis.
