League One - Doncaster v Walsall

Walsall did a smash and grab in the weekend after being largely besieged by Hartlepool. It was ultimately Hartlepool’s profligacy in front of goal which eventually cost them. This time round, they travel to take on a Doncaster side which has demonstrated good ability at home and should not suffer the same fate as Hartlepool. Doncaster’s previous game showed what they were like if they played well and are definitely worthy of doing better in this league. Both teams’ forms have been patchy while there is little change on their injury fronts from the previous round. Past meetings between these 2 sides have always been close encounters and I would definitely expect another one here. However, with the recent kind of form Doncaster has been displaying at home, Walsall should be in for another torrid time. Doncaster to win 2-0.
