NHL - Carolina Hurricanes v Washington Capitals Hockey betting preview

On sunday some more teams will start their pre season, and Bwin are out with odds for this weekends game + monday. The first thing that catched my eye, was that the OU line on the match between Carolina and Washington are 5,5. Take a look here:

* In all 8 games last year, the line was 6,5 and gave 5-3 OU.'

* In the past 20 games its 10-7-3 OU, but 12 have been over 5,5 goals.

* Past 10 meetings in Carolina have been 7-3 OU

* Cam Ward are 7-2 OU 5,5 against Washington, while Graham are 6-4.

* Kolzig are 11-9 OU 5,5 against Carolina, while Jonhson are 6-3.

It would have been wise to wait as there haven't been annonced any rosters for the game, but i'm afraid Bwin will change the line. The teams might try out some other goalies and players, but you see a clear trend that points to a match with a lot of goals. Keep it low/medium, I'll stake 4/10.
