Greek A1 Basketball - Panathinaikos BC v Marousi BC

Another game for the greek playoffs.Panathinaikos meets at home Marousi like a heavy favorite by 16 points.The Greens finished first at the end of the regular season,easily i would say and Marousi took over the 8th place as it beat Macedonicos at the last day of the championship.Pao would like to celebrate the Euroleague title with another impressive win tomorrow.The OAKA stadium is expected to be full tomorrow by the green supporters as there is a fiesta before the start of the game.On the other hand i do not really think that Marousi has hopes for something good against Pao but that does not mean that the players will not give their best.Of course there are serious problems in the away team.Bosnian center Ervin Jasvin is out for a long time,the first scorer of the team Alexis Kiritsis is questionable because of high fever and young Stefanides has not practiced at all with Marousi last week.

Before a month the two teams have met each other again.Pao in that match won only by 4 points 77-73.But that game was just two weeks before the Euroleague final-four so coach Obradovic tried a lot of different defensive and offensive systems.The Greens were leading 65-45 at the end of the 3rd quarter and at the last quarter Marousi managed to score 28 points.

Now things are different as the european champions have to focus on the greek league.I really do not see how Marousi without the first scorer of the team can threat Pao tomorrow.Only two other players have the ability to score a lot,Renaldas Seibutis and Danya Abrahams,but without any help i do not see the away team overcome the 65 points.

One thing is sure that if the home team wants can crash Marousi at least by 23 points.I believe in an easy win because of the presence of coach Obradovic.That man really do not let his players to relax at all!!!
