In the only game of the day in the Indian Premier League Delhi Daredevils and Rising Pune Supergiants will meet at Feroz Shah Kotla. Delhi has one of the youngest squads in the competition but their skipper is one of the most experienced indian players, Zaheer Khan. After a bad loss in their fist match in Kolkata they have won 6 of their last 7 and look settled to book their tickets for the play-offs. The have pretty much all their bases convered: Q de Kock is very reliable at the top of the order despite his age, the young indian batters in DDs top order Pant, Samson and Nair also deliver on a regular basis, with Pant being impressive at Rajkot few days ago. They have experience in the middle order with Duminy, fire power down the order with Billings and Morris and a well balanced attack with Morris, ZaK, Shami, Mishra, Tahir or Nadeem. Pune has been plagued by injuries: du Plessis, Pietersen, M Marsh and Smith have already been ruled out of the competition and their squad doesn't look impressive at all. Khawaja and G Bailley will probably feature for Dhoni's team today but still they look short on the batting department as well as in the bowling sector with both spiners (R Ashwin has been a disappointment until now) and the fast bowlers (Dinda, Perara or Bhatia) looking far from menacing. This Pune team for me is the weakest one in the competition alongside KXIP whilst DD is a strong title favorite alongside KKR and MI.
