Club Friendly - Zurich v Shakhtar Donetsk

This is a club friendly match between FC Zurich and FC Shakhtar Donetsk. The preparation period is underway, and both teams are getting ready for the start of their championships. Ukrainean championship will be starting in 8 days, while the Swiss one exactly in the same day. Zurich play their first match on the 20th while Shakhtar will play on the 20th too. So identical training time left for these teams. The results so far in friendlies have been mediocre i would say for Zurich, with wins against Winterthur, Lustenau and FC Lustenau, adding here draws against Vaduz and Luzern. The only big win was against Winterthur, so one could say the results are mediocre. On the other side, Shakhtar have been perfect so far in friendlies, mainly due to the quality and technique of their players, who do not need excellent physical preparation to put on a good performance on the pitch. Their results were a 5-1 win against Young Boys and a 3-2 win over Basel, 2 teams that at this point are stronger than Zurich in my opinion. This third match against Swiss teams shouldn't be much different from the other too. On the contrary, Shakhtar are getting better and better, and if they were able to trash YB, i don't see how FC Zurich could grab something tonight. I would have taken the handicap win @ 3.6 medium stakes, but i will settle for the simple win @ 2.15 full stakes. Too much quality in the Ukrainian side not to do so. Good luck.
